About the House

The Trinity House is a collegiate women's’s Christian Coop (i.e., a really big house with lots of rooms) owned and operated by First Baptist Church of Eugene, and is a ministry of Collegiate Christian Fellowship (also known as “CCF”). Located two blocks from the University of Oregon, it is in the heart of the campus commnunity. It’s convenient location makes it easily accessible for UO, LCC, and NCC students.

The Trinity “house” itself is a nicely restored historic home, tastefully decorated, featuring large living spaces, a wood floored dining room, study lounge, expansive bathrooms, huge closets, T1 internet (broadband and secure wireless), basement, laundry facilities, limited city parking passes, and a ping-pong table. Two residence floors with private rooms are available for up to 45 residents (8 double and 8 single rooms). Each room is completely furnished and fitted for easy access to T1 (really really fast broadband)/phone hook-ups.
Cost: The cost for the 2006-2007 academic year for room and board is $555/month.

House History

The Trinity House was established in 2000.

The Trinity House is a direct answer to years of prayer by the women of Collegiate Christian Fellowship (CCF), a ministry of First Baptist Church. CCF already had a house like Trinity for men, called the Alpha Omega House, and the women wanted a part of the action.

The Trinity House became a reality in 2000 when the Delta Delta Delta sorority decided to close its chapter at the University of Oregon. By the grace of God, First Baptist Church was able to lease the house from the sorority. Since then, FBC has bought the Trinity House.

Thus began what is now known as the Trinity House.
